Bath salts for tired muscles

Rosemary oil seem stimulating, boosted circulation and is easy warm.

* 2 dl EPSOM SALTS.
* 1 / 2 dl sea salt.
* 1 / 2 dl bicarbonate.
* 15 drops of rosemary oil.

Take 1 dl bath salts per bath.
