Herbs in the bath

Decoction of herbs is excellent to use. These mixed better with the whole water. Boil a very strong tea and add directly to the bathwater.
Chamomile smells wonderful and is well known to care for the beauty. If you're blond give camomile a lovely luster to the hair. Chamomile is easy antiseptic and anti-inflammation and is good for irritated skin.

Rosemary is good for oily and greasy skin and the aroma is wonderful. Lavender works well for most skin types.
Caution with essential oils and herbs in the bath

Before you try a new oil or herbs you may want to test that you are hypersensitive to it. Children and pregnant women should generally avoid the essential oils and herbs.

If you are itching or otherwise becomes irritated skin, you should promptly rinse away the bath water. Since essential oils are not water soluble, you need to lather up.
