Two mild abrasives that fits your face is oat flour and almond flour. Both are gentle and return of fat.
Equal parts oatmeal, honey and almond flour (grind almonds) are mixed. Add as much yogurt as needed to get a moderate texture. Dampen your face and rub in well.

For skin with acne can be a part crushed linseed, two parts oatmeal and two parts sodium bicarbonate taken. Let linseed stand in water until the gel is formed.
