Salt bad against oily skin

Salt bad are drying and can alleviate oily skin, itching and skin irritation. They stimulate blood circulation and relaxes stiff muscles.

1 dl salt is adequate but more is excellent.
Bath and spa stimulates circulation

Bad stimulates circulation and can prevent swelling, fluid retention and cellulite. Take a really hot bath and end with a cold shower. Bath salts are excellent because the salt seems summary of the skin.

Lemon oil, rosemary oil and juniper oil can all help to stimulate circulation. Add a few drops of them in the bath.
Re-moisten the skin with honey in the bath

Add a little olive oil in the bath together with 1 dl honey and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Honey is nature's own moisture donor funds while vanilla gives a pleasant fragrance.
